Prosecutorial Misconduct Leads DoJ to Drop Case Against Former Sen. Ted Stevens

Yet more prosecutorial misconduct was cited in AG Holder's decision.  Stevens' conviction is to be voided, and a new trial will not be sought.  DoJ Office of Professional Responsibility's review is ongoing.  NYT article here.
