Criminal Law and Policy News and Events for the University of Arizona Community

PCLP Speaker for Thursday, September 2.

On Thursday, September 2, the Criminal Law and Immigration Speaker Series will present Paul Eckstein, Esq. of Perkins Coie; Prof. Marc Miller; and Prof. Jack Chin who will speak on SB1070.

This presentation is co-sponsored with the American Constitution Society and the Immigration Law Students Association.

We will meet in Room 164 (Note: Not in Room 156, our usual meeting place), at the Rogers College of Law, 1201 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ.  This event is free and open to the University community, the legal community, and the public.  Pizza will be served at 12:05 p.m., with the talk beginning at 12:20 p.m. and ending by 1:20 p.m.

On Wednesday, August 25, Prof. Andy Silverman will speak on Justice Project – Old Code Lifers and the Commutation Process.
