Jonathan Mosher is the Chief Trial Counsel at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Jonathan will discuss his prosecution of the Kay Read case, a “no body” case involving the murder of a 62 year-old Tucsonan who disappeared on February 14th, 2008. This presentation will look at the case through the lens of trial advocacy, including how to present evidence in a highly visual manner to assist jurors in complex cases.
The event will be held in room 156 and will start at 12:15pm. Lunch will be served at noon.
