The Program in Criminal Law and Policy (PCLP) is partnering with the Family and Juvenile Law Association (FLJA) to host Nell Bernstein, author of Burning Down the House: The End of Juvenile Prison. She will speak with us about her advocacy and research on why our society should end juvenile incarceration. Ms. Bernstein is a former Soros Justice Media Fellow in New York and was awarded a White House Champion of Change award under the Obama administration.
