Prof. Shea has been one the country's most effective white-collar crime prosecutors. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) for the District of Minnesota for almost 20 years. From crimes that Shea prosecuted, the U.S. Attorney's Office collected more than $50 million in restitution, fines, and forfeitures.
